A dedicated financial services professional with well over two decades of service to families, Craig is Series 7, 66 registered with LPL Financial and is licensed for Life, Long Term Care & Disability Insurance. In 2011, Craig left his role as financial advisor with Merrill Lynch after more than eleven years to open his Independent financial services firm. Prior to his career as an Advisor, Craig was an independent property and casualty insurance agent for 9 years.
In 2004, he earned his CRPC®, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation from the College for Financial Planning. He continues to further his education through Western Washington University, College for Financial Planning, The American College and other institutions to broaden his views.
Outside of work and family, Craig is in a Leadership position with Chuckanut Bay Rugby and longtime Coach, currently appointed to Bellingham High School Boys Rugby. In the past, he has been involved with USA Rugby as a National Team Manager for 7 years and has served on many local, regional and national boards or committees for various organizations.
Craig and his wife Jill married in 1999, they have a son and two daughters Hannah (2003), Faith (2011) and Ethan (2012) they are proud to be raising them in Washington.

Caity O'Neill started with MultiGen Wealth Services in 2017. Working in the financial services industry since 2015, Caity assists clients with operational and account related needs. After attending American River College in Sacramento, CA, Caity began her professional career in the real estate industry. Her varied experience includes providing administrative support to top listing agents, conducting contract negotiations and serving as a transactions coordinator. In her free time, Caity enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, and their chocolate lab Millie.
Jill started at MultiGen Wealth Services from the beginning, always working behind the scene keeping the office well organized and on task. Jill's primary role is paying the office bills, processing payroll and buying needed office supplies. When not at the office, Jill is spending time with her husband Craig, their three children or the family dog Remus.
